Mameda (まめだ) is the main protagonist of the My Master Has No Tail series.
Appearance[]
Mameda's full appearance in the anime.
Mameda has long brown hair and eyes, and a leaf on her head. She has a rather petite appearance and wears a traditional kimoto.

Personality[]
Mameda is an energetic girl who loves to prank humans, but she gets depressed when her tricks don't work on them. However, when watching the theater, Mameda is inspired by Bunko on stage and determines to become her apprentice.
History[]
Mameda was raised at the Tanuki village. She would always wait for her father to visit her from the human village until he one day passed away like her mother. So, she convinced her grandfather to let her go to the human village, but under the condition of never tricking humans.

Bunko is Mameda's master. Although Bunko refused her, Mameda continued to persist until she's accepted as her apprentice.
Koito[]
They seem to get along. However, when finding out she's a tanuki, Mameda begs her not to tell anyone, so Koito keeps Mameda's klsecret under the condition of touching the tail.
